All food must be provided by a licensed Caterer. You can use your own caterer or one of our catering partners. A copy of Caterer’s license will be required at time of booking, but no later than 14 days to your event.
Clients may bring alcohol to be consumed at the Venue. Clients will be responsible for handling and dispensing alcohol during their event. Clients must remove all leftover alcohol at the end of their event. It is prohibited to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 years. No onsite sale alcohol sale will be permitted.
Security is mandatory for ALL events. All security will be provided through the authorized Venue Security. The number of security staff will be determined by the guest size.
Elegance Venue is a Smoke Free environment. Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes/vaping is strictly prohibited on site. Anyone found smoking will be immediately evicted from the Venue and any security deposits may be forfeited.
As a private event space, tickets cannot be sold, or monies collected at the door. Nonprofit organizations are permitted for fundraising purposes with proof of 501c3 paperwork submitted at time of booking.
General liability insurance is required for ALL events. Proof of insurance listing Elegance Venue as additional insured is required within 14 days prior to the event. No event will be allowed to move forward without proof of insurance.
Venue & Décor: Cleanup is included in all Venue & Décor packages. The client is responsible for removing all food, beverages and any custom decorations.
Venue Only Rental: It is required that you clean up your trash and restore the Venue to the original condition you found it. You can also choose to have our cleaning partners clean up for an additional charge. Clean up is required for refund of damage/security deposit.
A REFUNDABLE damage/security deposit of $1,000 is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. The deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days after your event if Venue is cleaned and damage free. All or portions of the damage/security deposit may be forfeited for violation of any Venue Rule(s).
There is a $300 cancellation fee if your event is cancelled by you. No refunds will be issued on balances paid in advance (no exceptions). Elegance Venue will make every accommodation to reschedule your event as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply.
