Q: What is required to secure event date? A: $1,000.00 refundable damage/security deposit.
Q: Do I have to pay for the hours when I’ll be decorating? A: Yes. All additional time needed to set up outside of your reservation block will be billed at $125 an hour. In addition, there is a $200 early setup fee if you wish to setup for your event the night before (subject to availability). You would want to check with your event coordinator on how many additional hours you would need to setup.
Q: Is there a deposit or cleaning fee? A: A cleaning fee is not required as clients are required to remove all their bulk trash after their event. Failure to do so may result in charges.
Q: What type of decorations are NOT allowed? A: No nails, tape, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on walls, ceiling or floors. Glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is not allowed. NO OPEN FLAMES. Only FLAMELESS/LED candles are allowed. No sparklers. No Floor decal or dance floor wraps except installed by Venue.
Q: Can we bring outside food and beverages? A: Yes! You can bring your own food and beverages. See Venue Rule governing food and beverages for details.
Q: What is the cancellation policy? A: If the event is cancelled by you BEFORE signing the contract, you will incur a $300 cancellation fee (deducted from security deposit). If you cancel your event AFTER signing the contract, no refunds will be given on balances paid in full in advance (no exceptions). Elegance Venue will make every accommodation to reschedule your event as availability permits. A reschedule fee may apply.
Q: Am I able to change the date of my event? A: If you need to reschedule your event, a reschedule fee may apply unless waived. Elegance Venue does not guarantee the availability of any subsequently requested dates.
Q: Do you decorate the venue? A: For Venue Only Rentals, we offer event planning, decorating, and/or day of event coordination services for an additional fee. We’d be happy to discuss options with you. For Venue and Décor Packages, please see detailed description of each Package offering. We would be happy to discuss any further requests with you.
